In the kitchen are polished quartz countertops with adjoining backsplashes and integrated white cabinetry with a choice of grey or wood accents.
Appliances include a 36-inch Fisher & Paykel fridge, a five-burner cooktop, convection wall oven, slide-out hood fan and dishwasher by Bosch.

Miranda Mantle of West One Realty Group, the company marketing Shannon 18, said they stickhandled around COVID-19 restrictions by creating two virtual tours in the company’s offices, allowing salespeople to offer a more “guided experience” in person for potential buyers who have visited the website but wanted to explore Shannon 18 further.
Paul Yu, a consultant who plans to move from Markham, Ont. to his new home in Shannon 18 when completed in 2022, says its location was an important feature. “I really like the neighbourhood and the fact that Shannon has a mix of residents.”
